    Faubourg Marigny's Coveted

    Home & Garden Tour Returns!

Once a year an exclusive selection of historic and unique homes open their doors to the public in one of New Orleans' most eclectic and historic neighborhoods, Faubourg Marigny.

Come join us for an easy walking tour through the Marigny Rectangle. See examples of historic restorations of classic New Orleans architecture, corner store conversations, updated modern renovations, and new builds.

    Why

The FMIA produces this tour to demonstrate how Historic Preservation helps create vibrant places to live by showcasing the unique architecture and colorful fabric of the people, homes and businesses that make up our neighborhood.

Our Home & Garden Tours are extremely special because they offer access inside homes that are not normally available to the public. The homes on the tour are different each year, so the chance to view one of the homes again is unlikely.

This event helps the FMIA raise funds to protect the quality of life and historic fabric of Faubourg Marigny.
